Alongside my own artistic work, I also work collaboratively
In 2003, I co-founded Public Space With A Roof (PSWAR) in Amsterdam. From 2006, PSWAR’s core group consisted of Adi Hollander, theorist Vesna Madžoski and myself. Initially established as a research-based project space, PSWAR operated at OT301 in Amsterdam until 2007, bringing together artistic practice, theory and exhibition-making. Since then, PSWAR has continued as an artist-led initiative, developing research-based projects in collaboration with other institutions and in different contexts. Its practice explores the shifting boundaries between artist, researcher, producer and curator. I continue to be an active member of PSWAR.
More recently, I founded Tbilisi AiR, an artist-led residency in Tbilisi, Georgia, dedicated to creating alternative and sustainable spaces for artistic production and dialogue.
